What We Ask For and Why

 

We ask for certain business details to help us determine whether a brand is a good fit and aligned with Julo shop. This information allows us to properly evaluate applications and prepare for a potential retail partnership. All information submitted is used only for application and onboarding purposes. It is not shared externally and is kept confidential within our internal team. 

Submitting this information does not guarantee a partnership. It simply allows us to review your brand thoughtfully, transparently, and fairly. We believe transparency builds trust, and we are committed to handling every application with care and respect. 

Who We Are a Good Fit For

 

We support Black-owned, product-based brands that align with our values, quality standards, and operational capabilities. Brands must be able to ship products within the United States. At this time, we accept food products with stable shelf lives. However, we are unable to support items with very short expiration dates or products that require constant refrigeration or strict temperature control due to fulfillment and shipping limitations.

 

What to Expect and What Not to Expect

 

Applying to Julo shop is an exploratory and relationship-building step. It gives both sides the opportunity to assess alignment before moving forward. ​This is not instant onboarding, and submitting an application does not guarantee placement on the site. Each brand is reviewed thoughtfully based on fit, readiness, and current capacity. The review process typically takes a couple of weeks, depending on application volume. Rest assured, our team is committed to reviewing every application as quickly and carefully as possible. ​​
