
SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will typically be shipped within 2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days.
You will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your order from our warehouse to your mailbox.
Please note that shipping and tracking updates may occasionally be delayed. If your tracking has not been updated for several days, please contact our support team at customerservice@julo.shop.
If your tracking shows your order as “delivered” but you have not received it, please do the following:

Confirm that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. -
Check your surroundings
Look around your property, mailbox, or with neighbors or building management. Packages are sometimes left in a safe nearby location. -
Contact your local post office or carrier
In some cases, packages may be marked as delivered prematurely. -
Request a carrier investigation
Initiate an investigation with the carrier to get more information about the delivery. This process may take some time. -
File a claim
Each carrier has a claims process for missing packages. If you need order details to complete your claim, please contact customerservice@julo.shop.
