Sustainable, healthy and gluten-free food
Valdiny Pabbruwe-Tolud grew up in Suriname where she was first introduced to cassava. She enjoyed in many dishes and as a delicious snack. After learning about it's healthy qualities and sustainable foot-print, Valdiny decided to introduce the gluten-free grain to EVERYONE. Her mission is to refurbish today's kitchen with a variety of nutrient-rich and gluten free cassava derived products.
