Authentic cultural recipes made with wholesome ingredients

Growing up, our kitchen was a delicious melting pot of Creole, Caribbean, and Latin American cooking.  As I got older and learned the importance of eating naturally, I hated that it was so hard to find convenient foods that were both healthy and authentic.  I started a Dozen cousins so that it would be easier to enjoy authentic cultural recipes made with wholesome ingredients.  From Virginia to Venezuela there are few dishes loved more universally than a good pot of beans. To keep that love alive, we slow cook our beans using real, wholesome ingredients and season them using time-tested recipes.  The brand name is inspired by my daughter, her 11 cousins, and all the great family dinners we enjoy together.
