Sip Solo is a single-serve flavored syrup brand founded by Austin, Texas entrepreneur Tammy Bowser. The idea sparked at a work event where the coffee setup offered nothing but basic drip, cream, and sugar while Tammy craved a Lavender Honey latte. When she searched for single-serve flavored syrups and found nothing on the market, she decided to make them herself.

Each portable packet holds one serving of premium flavored syrup, ready to elevate coffee, tea, matcha, mocktails, and cocktails wherever the day goes. Every detail is intentional, from the mess-free single-use packets that require no refrigeration to the color-coded packaging that signals each flavor at a glance.

The name honors a ritual we all know well: that quiet solo moment with the first sip of the morning, made to taste exactly the way you like it. Sip Solo was created for anyone who wants to take their flavor on the go.

Sip Solo proves that big ideas do not need big budgets. Tammy launched the brand with just five hundred dollars and a freelance designer, building every detail herself from flavor development to the color-coded packaging. As a Black woman-owned business, Sip Solo expands representation in the specialty beverage space and shows aspiring founders what belief and follow-through can build.

Sustainability is built into the format. Single-serve packets cut down on waste from half-used syrup bottles, remove the need for refrigeration, and reduce packaging bulk in shipping and storage. Tammy is growing the brand intentionally through partnerships with hotels, independent retailers, and fellow small businesses, choosing steady community-rooted growth over rushed scale.
